Self-leadership is an important skill
People who lead themselves well can also lead other people better. Self-leadership means being able to reflect as a manager; to have good self-esteem: to manage oneself in terms of self-control, adaptability, willingness to perform, and confidence. You will receive a tool-and-thought box; reflect on your vision, values, life areas, and skills; and have the opportunity to compare your self-perception and interpersonal perception. You will acquire methods with which you can manage yourself better and be able to better utilise your personal resources in good measure.
